at first I was in the 140’s but I didn’t believe it so I kept weighing myself and I went up to 152. This isn’t terrible because: It’s not morning, weighing yourself in the morning is always more pleasant I’m still on my period I’ve eaten today, so I have the weight of the food I’ve consumed inside me. So hopefully by Tuesday I’ll be down to 149.

I made jello, it’s sugar free or was until I added 1 and 3/4ths of sugar packets. But still it’s not high in calories.
I’m gonna force myself to eat the whole 4 servings before dinner. And so I will have little to no appetite.

Because just what I need before I leave is weight gain you know.
